Introduction of the “Vision 2030”
After S&T Group successfully overcame the challenges of the global pandemic, it introduced its future Vision 2030 presentation to further drive its digitization developments and smart product portfolio forward, that promises excellent growth potential. As part of this vision, S&T plans in its "Agenda 2023" to achieve revenues up to EUR 2 billion and increase profitability (EBITDA) up to EUR 220 million by 2023.
Acquisition of CITYCOMP Group
Following the acquisition of the CITYCOMP Group, S&T was also able to position itself as a nationwide IT service provider in Germany and now has a comprehensive service network that enables the provision of time-critical break-and-fix, as well as IMAC services.
Acquisition of Iskratel Group
Iskratel, a Slovenian company, is one of the leading providers of information and communications technology (ICT) for operators of telecommunications, railway and energy networks, as well as providing solutions in the industrial automation sector. With this acquisition, S&T Group took a strategic step, adding 5G expertise to its product portfolio.
Takeover of AIS Automation GmbH
Facilitated the strengthening of software competencies for industrial automation by adding AIS’s software solutions and expertise to S&T’s own IoT toolset "susietec".

The birth of S&T AG (formerly Quanmax AG) after successful merger
Quanmax AG and S&T System Integration & Technology Distribution AG merged successfully with the company's name changing from Quanmax AG to S&T AG.
S&T Group continues to grow exponentially and solidify its position in the ever-growing Industrial IoT sector. S&T Group’s growth targets remain ambitious as the company aims to reach EUR 2 billion in revenues by 2025 as part of its “Agenda 2025”. The 2021 published long-term “Vision 2030” foresees further organic and inorganic growth accompanied by further investments in future technologies to ensure S&T can strengthen and expand its pioneering technology position.
Furthermore the Vision 2030 includes S&T Group’s mission to help businesses realize the full potential of digitalization and harness smart technologies. The drivers for this are the continuous expansion of its high-margin business, such as software capabilities, the development of a range of “IoT as a Service” (IoTaaS) packages operated with service level agreements, and the step-by-step expansion and intensification of service skills in the IT services segment towards IoT. As a result, S&T will complete its transformation to a full-service IoT player and is on target to acheive EBITDA of more than 15% by 2030.
